One Day Meditation Retreats at White Sands are conducted in Silence. Lasting approximately 6 1/2 hours, the day is filled with several forms of silent meditation and movement. Silence is a way to build positive energy in the body.

Conducted by Su Co Nguyen An, this Meditation Retreat will provide you the opportunity to reset and refresh your mind and body. There will be several forms of silent meditation including sitting and walking meditation, sessions of silent movement and dining in mindfulness. In the afternoon we break our quietude and convene for a tea ceremony, music and sharing.
